FLEXIBLE WORKING
Commissioned by the management of a medium-sized company, we worked with a diverse project team to develop and implement a new model within 6 months.​
MARKETING, SALES, SERVICES IN EASTERN EUROPE
We supported the realignment of the organization in Eastern Europe for a process automation company. 30 employees from 12 countries designed their own future: priorities, processes and governance. The goals of the 6-month project were: to leverage the group's potential, to improve value for customers, and to create development opportunities for employees.​
R+D PROCESS IMPROVED AND DESIGNED TO BE AGILE
Supporting the planning, design and re-shaping of the product development process of an electrical engineering company. The processes could be simplified and implemented in an agile manner wherever appropriate. The change process itself was also based on personal responsibility and an agile approach. This is how the participants created their own future.​
STRATEGY PROCESS
The client was the largest division of an electrical engineering company: support of the planning, design, implementation and deployment of the strategy and product planning processes. Facilitation of various formats up to major international events with 60 international participants.​
POST MERGER INTEGRATION
The client was a market leader for fire protection. The aim was to accompany the integration with a large acquired company in a neighboring European country and to support the self-responsible integration teams. ​
