JUTTA LINDEBERG
Jutta Lindeberg has been working as a consultant, project manager, coach, and trainer for more than 20 years. Her focus covers transformation, leadership and collaboration as well as smart work.
She has more than 15 years of experience in human resources, including 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She worked in the IT industry for more than 6 years with project assignments from purchasing to people & leadership development.
She is an experienced project manager. Amongst others, she was responsible for change & qualification on a project with a volume of >€40 million. Jutta Lindeberg brings profound experience in personal and organizational development as well as in the management of complex change projects in various industries. She has leadership experience in an international environment.
ANDREAS BEAUCAMP
After studying mechanical engineering, Andreas Beaucamp gained experience in industry and the IT environment at the Boston Consulting Group in Munich and Sydney.
He then worked at ABB, most recently managing director of ABB Automation Products GmbH.
As Managing Director at a venture capital company, he oversaw high-tech and software investments and was CEO of a software investment.
In 2004 he founded beaucamp&partner and has been supporting technology companies ever since: during changes and in shaping their future, e.g. in strategy development and implementation, or innovations, in process and organizational design or in coaching sales, management or business development teams. He also holds a seat on a supervisory board.
