We accompanied this for over 1.5 years on behalf of a department head at the European headquarters of a global pharmaceutical company.​

TRAINING SALES AND PROJECT TEAMS IN COMPLEX SITUATIONS

We have trained over a hundred sales teams for market leaders in electrical engineering. Complex situations in solution and project sales or in execution were analyzed and practiced exclusively using real examples without Power Point.

BUILDING A NEW IOT BUSINESS MODEL

Coaching the team on behalf of the “Digital Solutions” division of a large family business. Accompanying the project at the start, ensuring the functioning of the team: e.g. stakeholder management, prioritizing, agile working, self-organization, reflection.
